The release procedure doesn't specify which days you can or can't call a 
vote.It only says that a standard vote takes 72 hours, but the initiator can 
allways add days (for instance during xmas).A weekend shouldn't be a problem, I 
guess that's why it is 72 hours and not 24h or (another) 48h. -Robert
