Webminifier packages up YUI and Closure as magnification libraries and so I'm
inclined to think that the behaviour you require would be part of those.
Webminifier doesn't actually parse the JavaScript code at all.
If one of the libraries provided this functionality then I'd be happy to wrap
Webminifier around it.
