I probably did not make my statement clear.
1. Besides adding just a property in the template I could rename the property
in all main and test sources and simply leave -Dbasedir in the template only OR
just add -Dapp.home in the templates.
2. For the same of completeness, should $REPO not being renamed to $APP_REPO in
the templates? (another ticket).
