When an attempt is made to create an RPM as the primary artifact, it all works
fine but for the mangling of the output filename, which is missing both a
classifier (noarch) and the release ("1"). This requires the RPM be renamed
back to the proper expected name before use:
[INFO] Installing /.../target/rpm/iui/RPMS/noarch/iui-0.40.beta2-1.noarch.rpm
to /.../.m2/repository/org/iui-js/iui/0.40.beta2/iui-0.40.beta2.rpm
While the RPM was correctly built with the name "iui-0.40.beta2-1.noarch.rpm",
when it was deployed to the repository it was renamed to "iui-0.40.beta2.rpm".
There seems at this point to be no workaround apart from manually fixing the
filenames before installation.
