I would say in sync.
In my dreams when a plugin is released, it will also update the
plugin-page by some kind of placeholder (or the plugin-page should
listen to changes, but that can be quite complicated ).
Until then we have to manually update the page with the most recent
version.
so i will update the site in relationship with appassembler-update...
