I declared a dependency on the native2ascii plugin in my pom.xml without
specifying a version #. Originally, this picked up 1.0-alpha-1 from the
repository, and the plugin processed all files under src/main/native2ascii. I
switched to a different computer, and Maven decided to download 1.0-beta-1, and
native2ascii silently stopped processing the files under src/main/native2ascii.
If you're going to do a "complete rewrite", at least have the good sense to
increment your major version number. Otherwise, you could at least stay
backwards-compatible.
