To get the original publish date, a {{JarFile}} is used to read the
releasedProject Artifact and get the date of the first entry.
This fails for multimodule projects, where the releasedProject is a pom.
In this case the plugin should try to get the lastModifiedDate of the file in
Maven Central, but somehow the {{Artifact.getDownloadUrl()}} returns {{null}}.
