[mojo-dev] Announcements of releases without votes?

Hi, Today I noticed the tagging of a new release of both the 
js-import-maven-plugin-1.0.1 and the webminifier-maven-plugin-1.0.1 directly 
followed by an announcement of these releases.Since when did we stop voting? 
Although I regret there hasn't been much responses to the latest votes, that 
shouldn't be a reason to stop the call for vote. -Robert
