The documentation only states:
"Packages a jnlp application without launching a parallel lifecycle build"
and
"You probably want to use the jnlp-inline instead."
I could not get the 'jnlp' goal to work consistently, so I tried out the inline version instead and it seems to work but I have no idea why.
Documentation explaining why you would want to use one versus the other would be very helpful.
