At this point, the rpm-maven-plugin builds clean and passes all tests on RHEL5
as below:

[INFO] --- maven-invoker-plugin:1.5:run (integration-test) @ rpm-maven-plugin
---
[INFO] Building: rpm-reactor/pom.xml
[INFO] ..SUCCESS (20.6 s)
[INFO] Building: rpm-artifact/pom.xml
[INFO] ..SUCCESS (8.2 s)
[INFO] Building: rpm-1/pom.xml
[INFO] ..SUCCESS (8.0 s)
[INFO] Building: rpm-2/pom.xml
[INFO] ..SUCCESS (19.4 s)
[INFO] Building: rpm-disable/pom.xml
[INFO] ..SUCCESS (13.1 s)
[INFO] Building: rpm-macros/pom.xml
[INFO] ..SUCCESS (4.6 s)
[INFO] Building: rpm-3/pom.xml
[INFO] ..SUCCESS (7.0 s)

Would it be possible to make a new alpha release of rpm-maven-plugin?

Graham
