Milos Kleint commented on MNBMODULE-197 split populate repository goal from nbm-maven plugin and create a new plugin for it. the populate repository goal is apparently very little used (more or less our internal tool), by separating it (and the new download goal now) we make also the documentation simpler. Additionally it appears that nexus-indexer that we now require depends on maven 3.0.x, the old code we have is 2.x based, not entirely sure what issue we might encounter, but it feels better to keep the upgrade strategy separate..
