First unfortunately i have to confirm the bug. Furthermore after investigating the root cause of the problem i found out that the problem is located in plexus-utils(3.0.7) which is responsible for copying directories which unfortunately doesn't work correctly. I have checked to use maven-shared-utils (0.1) instead but failed as well. I have done a small local test with commons-io (2.4) and it copies the whole directory structure as expected.
