Annoyingly verbose (especially for a reactor library where the groupId and codeNameBase will substantially overlap) but does seem to safely prevent any possible conflict, without referencing version at all.
Only suggestion would be to use org-netbeans-modules-log4j since there is a convention in NB to use dashes rather than dots in directory names and file basenames; Maven convention would be to use / and so create nested directories.
