Milos Kleint commented on MNBMODULE-190 *.external not supported for secondary artifacts stuff in nbmResources are not really artifacts, these are resources, mostly not even explicitly declared, just included/excluded based on a directory scanner. As such it appears hard to to associate GAV and/or an URL with it in order to generate the the proper .external file. However just placing the .external file manually in nbmResources folder works even now (I suppose). The only problem is to get the correct CRC number value. Appears as wontfix to me.
