Description:

Please see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14623636/configuring-dump-directory-with-maven-aspectj-plugin.
We tried using the Maven AspectJ plugin on an existing project and started seeing ajcore* files in the project's root directory. This caused us a lot of trouble as our build server started checking in the ajcore* files into the source code repository.
It will be good to have a configuration parameter for the plugin using which the directory for the dump files can be configured. Also, the default value for this parameter should be target so that the dump files are not generated in the root directory.
