This project can not leave the sandbox because it has no active comitters. So it looks like we are out of luck here. If you need a deployed version in a Maven repository, you can use my repository, see https://code.google.com/p/code-cop-code/wiki/MackerMavenPlugin and https://code.google.com/p/code-cop-code/wiki/Mvn2Repo. It contains a 0.9 release and a 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT of exactly the code that is here. Same license.
