I copied/pasted most of the code from the existing JDiffMojo but I will be glad to refactor this mojo and the JDiffMojo in order to reduce code duplication. I added the includePackageNames parameter (similar to the javadoc plugin) which helps you to select a set of packages you want to include in the API descriptor. This is really useful when you want to produce the API descriptor of the public API only. I tested this patch on simple projects only (no parent, no multi-module). Feedback are welcome .
