Robert Scholte closed MSQL-87 as Won't Fix Lookup error - conflict with FOREIGN KEY constraint does not abort execution Once MSQL-76 is implemented it is possible to execute a groovy and/or bash script before and after the query executions. Your issue too specific and out of scope for the sql-maven-plugin, but with the script-hooks you should be able to verify the queries upfront.
