Ok, no problem. Even more stupid I am, I had browsed that page ( http://mojo.codehaus.org/plugins.html#Pre-release_Plugins) many times...
I see most if not all of the plugins are 1.0-alpha or beta something. Is having a 1.0-something also a requirement, or can I still start with something like 0.0.1-alpha-1 ? Is there anything else wrong someone would see? (code, site ?) Thanks a lot.
