Anders Hammar commented on MOJO-1918 Change encoding example That's not a good example! It's just showing the default config which isn't necessary to config. You should show how the property is correctly configured in the pom. Then leave out any config for the plugin as it is not needed. Basic Maven stuff in other words, which is the way it should be.
