Cedric Pronzato commented on MLICENSE-72 Download licenses from third-party definition third-party is a way to specify a license to an artefact not defininig it properly. license-store is the list of licenses and the associated header|license files. thrid-party should use valid license-store name. license-download goal should download all licenses whatever they are available online (properly defined license) or defined through the third-party (no URL known). If the URL is not defined when using the license pom tag, if the name is name as license-store it is okay, else we need to rely on license-merge. Cedric,
