The downloaded version of nbm-maven plugin was nbm-maven-plugin-3.10-20130417.115958-5 I've defined http://nexus.codehaus.org/snapshots/ as <repository> and <pluginRepository> with snapshots enabled. I've had some trouble with testing tools after enabling ide cluster, but nothing that could not be resolved eventually (actually based on comments from the application's pom.xml) No problems with osgi tooling. (with ide and java clusters added to the mix) I'm using maven 3.0.5
