I'm trying to follow the directions in the documentation but I keep getting many errors.
I run the command from http://mojo.codehaus.org/gwt-maven-plugin/user-guide/archetype.html (log attached)
That creates a project.
Then when I import it into Eclipse I get many errors (screenshot attached)
I wish this plugin worked as advertised, I wanted to get started with gwt libraries fast, but I keep running around in circles.

maven versions "Apache Maven 3.0.3 (r1075438; 2011-02-28 09:31:09-0800)" and "Apache Maven 2.2.1 (rdebian-8)" respectively
