WSDL is always processed, if it resides in a subdirectory (for example, src/main/wsdl/myservice/myservice.wsdl).
The problem is that DefaultWSDL2JavaPlugin::computeStaleWSDLs expects to find WSDL in {{$
{timestampDirectory}/myservice/myservice.wsdl}}, but DefaultWSDL2JavaPlugin::processWsdl copies it to {{${timestampDirectory}
/myservice/myservice.wsdl}}.
