I won't open a new issue before QDox 2 release, but I think it's good to mention this issue still always happens when GenericDAO/SubjectDAO are in another project. Typically in an api module which shouldn't be bound with GWT.
Despite the fact SubjectService is in the GWT module, async interfaces generated from it will lose its generics.
