Output option '-o' being generated without a space between the option and its value causes the link to fail on Mac with the following error:

ld: unknown option: -o/Users/hemant/dev/rdrand-util/lizalab-rdrand-util/lizalab-rdrand-util-native/mac/target/librdrandutil.so
Adding a switch between the option and its value works fine:
Hemant-Padmanabhans-MacBook-Pro:mac hemant$ gcc -shared -L/Users/hemant/dev/rdrand-util/lizalab-rdrand-util/lizalab-rdrand-util-native/mac/target -lrdrand -o /Users/hemant/dev/rdrand-util/lizalab-rdrand-util/lizalab-rdrand-util-native/mac/target/librdrandutil.so target/objs/rdrandutil.o
Hemant-Padmanabhans-MacBook-Pro:mac hemant$ ls target/
custom-javah lib librdrand.a librdrandutil.so objs
Specifying the output option with a space between the switch and the value is generally preferred and should work without issues on all platforms, can this please be fixed?
