I can reproduce this as well.
There are two reasons as to why the IT passes:
1. The source file in the IT already has a correct license header, so I imagine the plugin simply skips it
2. There are no checks in place that detects the [WARNING] in the build log
I have removed a part of the license header in the source file. This makes the WARNING show up in the build log when I run the IT.
How would we go about detecting the WARNING in the build log?
