I just check and everything is signed and bundled in the lib directory. Try to launch with the verbose option one -Dverbose you should see all files that are treated. I have just deploy a new snapshot (do not forget as well to use the -U option). BTW If you need some help, we can't figure out what is your environemnt, and so on, so the better is to create a little project to demonstrate the problem; just giving me a pom file won't help.
