Description:

When developing an archetype I would like to see the sonar analysis on the generated code. To do this I added sonar:sonar in the goal.txt
However, I only want Sonar to execute when certain criteria matches (e.g. sonar.host.url is set)
Since there is no "skip" function like some of the other maven plugins, I can't tell it to skip by default.
