For my understanding in a ideal world, if an jnlp component change, his version should also changed.
So people wnat the opposite of your reclaim (see MWEBSTART-153).

We just could add a new flag on jarResource (outputJarVersionForTransitive) to allow or not outputJarVersion mecanism on transitive dependencies, it will be set to true to keep current behaviour, and you will be able to turn it off for your purposes, is that fill ok with you?
