Thomas Broyer closed MGWT-371 as Won't Fix superdev gwt 2.5 compatibility We don't maintain older versions (just like GWT), and a given version of the plugin is only guaranteed to be compatible with one version of GWT (it's possible and documented to change those dependencies for cases where you want to try a new GWT version, or if you build GWT "from master" or you run your own patched version/fork of GWT). If you want to use SuperDevMode with GWT 2.5 (and gwt-maven-plugin 2.5), then you can either use the exec-maven-plugin (I suppose) or fork the gwt-maven-plugin.
