And if anyone else wants the disclaimer added, we can file a new issue for that to support legal disclaimers in general, rather than tying them to a specific license. Keeping the disclaimer is not important for my projects; even without that feature I will upgrade to license-maven-plugin 1.6 as soon as it is released, and allow the disclaimer to be stripped.
