Robby Commers commented on MWEBSTART-247 Unexpected generated references for SNAPSHOT dependencies in jnlp file I believe issue MWEBSTART-248 is also applicable here: there is nothing wrong with using the unique id of the SNAPSHOTs, but the created signed jars just contain the SNAPSHOT id.
