Add Comment   Mojo's Webstart Maven Plugin / MWEBSTART-255 Skip pack200 processing of jar if pack file already exists Jars are processed with pack200 even if the .pack/.pack.gz file already exists from a previous plugin execution run. This slows down the build, especially if you configure several executions of the jnlp-single goal to include multiple JNLP files. The pack200 step should be treated similar to the sign step, where Jars are skipped if they have not beed modi...
