Please find the site documentation patch applied. Also notice that the site generation with Maven 3.1 is broken because of this https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MSITE-683 so I had to explicitly define maven-site-plugin 3.3 to generate the website (the patch does not include that). I use it in a situation where my build has produced a zip file and I copy the zip with scp to a remote server.
