Hi, Cannot check since I'm on my phone, but you might need some despot to create the new component (not a project yet, reserved for non alpha/beta mojos). Apart from that, IIRC your xircles account should already give you the rights to create versions and so on. Did you read the doc already? I remember it helped me a lot at the beginning.
