| Hi! First off, I really like your plugin. It fits the bill perfectly for extracting the HG rev and stamping it in build’s manifest file. I have a small feature request though, I would very much like to be able to extract the HG branch name of the current working directory. I’ve downloaded the code, and from what I see, it would be quite easy to implement it. I’m sending you a patch file that explains the general idea. The patch was generated with: svn diff > branch-name.diff and based from http://svn.codehaus.org/mojo/tags/buildnumber-maven-plugin-1.3 I would commit the file myself if I'd had commit privileges. I’d be more than happy to do that for you if you provide a feature branch for me. Then, if you deem the feature worthy of being part of your next release, you can reintegrate it to the trunk.
