I'm only able to generate a list of dependencies when setting excludeTransitive to true. The following line of code is causing this problem org.codehaus.mojo.webstartAbstractJnlpMojo.java (line 480) Collection<Artifact> artifacts = isExcludeTransitive() ? getProject().getDependencyArtifacts() : getProject().getArtifacts(); In this case the getProject().getArtifacts() yields an empty list. When applying the patch proposed by Inaki, this List is filled up again when doing a full build. I also tried the webstart:jnlp and this one is indeed broken in this case.
