You need to see if you have Link "Administration" on the upper left corner right beside "Overview" Link....than go to "Versions" .... If you have any problem don't hesitate to contact me ...either via mail or IRC .......just try to see if you have the links...
b) I'll spin a staging repo shortly; when I take a look I can't find it either. Weird.
