It Worked!. I added a plugin dependency of maven-scm-provider-accurev to get this to work. Thanks!!

Mojo's Build Number Maven Plugin /

MBUILDNUM-123

Could you please add support for Accurev SCM for the build number plugin?

It appears that even after using the "revisionOnScmFailure" configuration, I keep running into "No such provider: 'accurev'." error.
