Rickard von Essen commented on an issue   Re: IT test failures Some IT's might depend on defaults from EL (CentOS/RHEL etc). RPM uses a lot of macros to install files in the right place, these might vary between distribution and major releases. On EL these macros can be found in /usr/lib/rpm One example of a macro that likely influence how files are installed is: %_mandir %{_datadir}/man It might be possible to relax the tests a bit with pattern matching for files or even better would be to use *rpm* to evaluate some macros in the tests and verify based on this.
