Done for all listed, apart from the following three:

   - appassembler
   - castor-maven-plugin
   - truezip

Same issue for the three if I read correctly. I'll have a look later.

Migration logs have been pushed to
https://github.com/mojohaus/convert-to-git as .log files for future
reference if necessary.
