Removed the src/MultipleInputs directory, which was taken from Hadoop source
code. It's not required for new Hadoop versions (after 0.20.*). I also updated
the Makefile and the execution scripts. I am attaching the patch below. I will
need an additional committer +1 to apply this patch.
