Hi,

I think we don't need to planning in details. We can create a release
when TODO list is done. As you said, our TODO things are:

 * Refactor source tree
 * Migration to Maven (I guess, ant plugin is simple and good idea).
 * Maven dist module to create binary and source release artifacts
(assembly plugin)
 * Documentation (getting started, how to contribute/build/commit)
