This file can be updated using SVN at
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/content/projects/mrql.html
It seems that only the MRQL mentors (ie, IPMC members) can update this file.
Actually it says: Tell Mentors to track progress in the file
'incubator/projects/{project.name}.html',
which we forgot to do.
I downloaded mrql.xml and made it up-to-date. I am attach it next. Please look
at it and let me know if it needs any corrections.
I am not completely sure about the dates of various events.
After we correct it, an MRQL mentor must upload it using SVN.
