Although I think any project that's requested to be transferred has been switched. If you do want to switch as a project then I'd figure out what repos you want transferred. We're also asking that each project that transfers nominates someone to help out with infra if their project has issues. The biggest requirement for that person is probably a decent knowledge of Python as that's what most of the Git hooks are written in."
