I agree with Sam that we should in general support 2 major versions of Cuda. The idea is to give users time to upgrade their Cuda version. On the other hand MXNet 2 will still take some more time to stabilize and by the time we get it done, Cuda 11 should be widely available. If others feel similarly, we may consider supporting only Cuda 11 now, then 11+12, later 12+13, etc.
