Hi MXNet Community, The vote on Apache general has identified some issues [1] that need to be resolved before we can release 1.8.0.
There are currently 3 main issues that need to be resolved: 1. Updating the DISCLAIMER now that some issues have been resolved 2. Adding language to the DISCLAIMER describing the issue with Nvidia licensing incompatibility with ALv2 for GPU builds 3. Fixing the licensing for new intgemm feature added in 1.8.0 Please help review/comment on the changes to the disclaimer [2]. Once these issues are resolved we will need to have another release candidate and vote. As such, if you have additional bug fixes that should go into the v1.8.0 release please reply to this thread ASAP. Thanks!
