Junyuan has an account now. I found the page that lists who will have git access, it looks like someone (the Incubator PMC chair perhaps) is updating these in batches. The current unadded batch is: liuyizhi muli bingxu gengyifeng yzhang87 ozawa jxie Which maps to the most recent accounts. So I assume these will be added soon. The other item everyone who has an account (i.e. is an Apache MXNet committer) should be doing is subscribing to [email protected] (by mailing [email protected]).
