Hello,
as discussed between Marco de Abreu and Daniel Takamori in the chat as well as
according to the vote at
https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/4ed5a10f33d4d092e825772b92a0e0f47de3a89cf9b1bbe60acdd368@%3Cdev.mxnet.apache.org%3E,
we'd like to disable AppVeyor for the entire project.
